Spicer Architecture completed this project in Bondi Junction for a young, growing family. Set in the heart of Sydney, the home has been carefully crafted to unlock the full potential of an unassuming property.

The design flips the traditional layout, placing the entertaining spaces upstairs where uninterrupted views of the Harbour Bridge take centre stage. Downstairs, the house accommodates two children and the parents' retreat, with a secret garden connecting the children's bedrooms.
