Located within the refined streets of Double Bay, the Chin-Lee Residence presents a newly built, well-balanced architectural expression between soft forms, colours and integrated greenery. Curved rendered volumes and vertical timber battens shape a warm, contemporary façade while providing screening and filtered light to the interiors.

Planter bands wrap both levels, blurring the boundary between architecture and landscape and softening the building’s presence within the streetscape. Internally, the planning prioritises natural light, flow and connection, creating “Zen”, an open living space behind a private outer layer.
