LUGARNO |NSW - UNDER CONSTRUCTION |2027

Collaboration with Studio Minosa.

A carefully considered transformation to a long-held family home, designed to support changing lifestyles and enhance the experience of living for years to come.

Following a longstanding relationship with their clients, Studio Minosa invited us to reimagine key areas of the residence, reflecting a new chapter in how the home will be experienced into retirement and beyond. The proposal included a reconfiguration of the entry level, revised internal planning, a new roof form, and the introduction of a northern wing designed to improve comfort, accessibility, and the connection between spaces.

As with all projects, the architectural response remained grounded in careful consideration of materiality, spatial planning, and the experience of daily living. In collaboration with Studio Minosa, the proposal seeks to achieve a cohesive relationship between the interior and exterior architecture, creating a home that feels intuitive, refined, and enduring, while responding thoughtfully to the evolving needs of its occupants.

The proposal has been developed to communicate the architectural intent with clarity, allowing the clients to engage with the future of their home beyond plans and drawings. Through carefully considered visualisation, the spatial qualities, atmosphere, and lived experience of the design are brought closer to reality before construction begins.
